TARGETING AND TRACKING SYSTEM

Despite the fact that the actual method of guidance for the Tunguska's 9M311 missile system is through radio command guidance (a SACLOS type of guidance) in CUP the missile is not able to be controlled in such a fashion and behaves similarly to the Titan AA missile. This can be resolved by setting its "manualControl" config to equal "1" instead of "0", its "manualControlRange" value to "8000" instead of "4000", adding the"missileManualControlCone= 360;" config, changing its "lockType" config to equal "2" instead of "0", and changing its "weaponlocksystem" config to equal "1" instead of "16+8".

Furthermore to allow for proper use of the correct guidance method used by the Tunguska, the vehicle's launcher (CUP_Vmlauncher_9M311_veh) should have it's "ballisticsComputer" config set to equal "4" instead of "0" and its "lockAcquire" config set to "0" instead of "1".
